All U.S. orders will be shipped within approximately one week from purchase. For international orders, shipping times will vary depending on country.

If you have not received an email confirmation within one week of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder.

All orders will have a 1-5 day production fulfillment time period. Depending on the location you reside in, it may take additional days on top of the 1-5 days for the order to be received.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, which means the product purchased is unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Please contact us with any special case-by-case requests or issues.

To initiate a return, please contact us on our CONTACT page with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange request. Once we review and approve the return, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the product.

Customers are responsible for following the return instructions, and upon receiving the returned item, we will process a refund for the original order.
- We have a three-week return policy. This means that if you do not contact us within the three week window of receiving your order, we will be unable to process any returns.
